2. Gather Your Documents:
Make sure the document(s) you need notarized are:

  • Fully completed (but not yet signed)

  • Clear and readable

  • Saved as a PDF or ready to scan if paper-based

3. Have Your ID Ready:
We are required to verify your identity before the notarization. Please have a valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID) on hand during your appointment.

4. Join the Video Call on Time:
Please be ready at your computer or mobile device a few minutes before your scheduled session. The link in your email will take you directly to the secure notarization session.
